Raffle tickets for a handcrafted metal sculpture by Henry Vasquez
Born and raised on Galveston Island, Henry Vasquez has spent a lifetime immersed in the natural beauty of the Texas Gulf Coast. His deep connection to the ocean and island life is vividly reflected in his stainless steel sculptures, which capture the dynamic movement, grace, and spirit of aquatic creatures.
Over the years, Henry has developed a distinctive artistic style—merging industrial strength with organic fluidity. Each piece is meticulously hand-crafted, transforming cold steel into vibrant interpretations of marine life. His work balances elegance and realism with a modern edge, earning him recognition throughout South Texas.
Henry’s sculptures have been acquired by collectors, coastal businesses, and public art spaces, making a strong visual and cultural impact across the region. His studio remains on Galveston Island, where he continues to create, inspired daily by the rhythms of the Gulf.
